Lake Washington Institute of Technology's Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) provides the primary organizational structure to support monitoring of progress towards Strategic plan objectives and assesses the timeliness of the College's strategic plan and its components. Stemming from this responsibility, in 2010, the Committee was charged with collaboration and initial development of the College's outcomes and indicators, in support of Core Themes and 2011 NWCCU self-evaluation. In addition, IEC provides a forum for discussion on the College's data collection and reporting efforts; as well as opportunities and challenges the College faces, spanning a variety of topics from College surveys to student completion.
