LWTech will be holding an information session for students interested in the new Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health Degree on Tuesday, April 8, at 5pm in the Allied Health Building, room A102, at LWTech's Kirkland Campus.
Culinary Arts Students Capture Regional Knowledge Bowl
Four LWTech Culinary Arts students won the American Culinary Federation 2014 regional championship Culinary Knowledge Bowl and will compete later this year for the national championship.

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Approved
Current and future health care workers preparing for new jobs or promotions will be able to earn a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health at LWTech beginning in September, 2014. The new Bachelor's Degree program provides a pathway for current workers to upgrade their skills and earn new credentials.

South Korean Culinary Students Visit
Students and chefs from LWTech had such a great time studying, cooking and eating in Korea last year that they wanted to return the favor. February 4 - 11, the college will host nine students and two faculty members from partner college Busan Institute of Science and Technology, School of Hotel and Culinary Arts.
Free Dental Day
Dental hygiene students at LWIT help area dentists, assistants and hygienists during a free dental day for kids on February 8. Services are available by appointment, and will be offered 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Call 425.739.8100, ext. 8612 to schedule your appointment. Services are available for children ages 5 to 13.
