Amuse bouche, that is! "Tickle your mouth" with a chef's one-bite selection, followed by four exquisite courses, each paired with local wines. Main lobster, confit duck leg, braised short ribs, and tiramisu complete this perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day while supporting student scholarship programs at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech). The popular "Wine Dinner" series features culinary student creations and some of the best wines of the Pacific Northwest.
The Valentine's Day themed dinner will be February 14, 6:30 to 9:30 PM, at the Chef City Grill, LWTech's Kirkland campus, 11605 132nd Avenue, NE. Wines from the Woodinville-based DiStefano Winery will be featured. Tickets are $75 per person, with $55 of that cost a tax-deductable expense. Tickle your sweetie and yourself, enjoy great food and wines, and support student scholarships at LWTech. Seating is limited. Call 425.739.8134 or reserve through the Foundation.
