Celebrate Mom at LWTech's Wine Dinner

Kirkland, Wash.: Lake Washington Institute of Technology's (LWTech's) Culinary Arts and Wine programs are hosting the second in a series of seasonal wine dinners. The popular "Wine Dinner" series features culinary student creations and some of the best wines of the Pacific Northwest.  Enjoy a savory amuse bouche, followed by four exquisite courses, each paired with local wines from Woodinville-based Patterson Cellars. Highlights of this dinner include King Salmon Rillettes, lobster and morel handkerchief, cinnamon smoked pork tenderloin, and a special dessert completes this perfect way to celebrate mom while supporting student scholarship programs at LWTech.

The Mother's Day themed dinner will be Friday, May 9, from 6:30 to 9:30 PM, at the Chef City Grill on LWTech's Kirkland campus, 11605 132nd Avenue NE. Tickets are $75 per person, with $55 of that cost a tax-deductible expense. Celebrate mom, enjoy great food and wines, and support student scholarships at LWTech.
