Director of Business Development
Born and raised in the great northwest, Christian began his career as the Program/Membership Director at the Seattle Athletic Club in 1998. After completing his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Central Washington University he decided to then move into higher education. He began teaching at Tacoma Community College before accepting the Program Lead position of the Fitness Trainer/Personal Trainer Program at LWTech in 2009.
In 2013 Christian agreed to become the Director of Business Development at LWTech Redmond Campus with the following goals in mind:
1. Increase direct community engagement
2. Utilize resources for workforce training
3. Keeping pace with the "Speed of Business"
Christian is currently furthering his leadership skills and understanding of the aspects associated with college administration by working to complete his PhD in Educational Leadership at Oregon State University. His research concentration is examining the different completion pathways affecting students and their ability to obtain sustainable employment.
