LWTech's Culinary and Wine programs are proud to present their seasonal Wine Dinner Series!

Held once per quarter, these dinners not only showcase our students' skills, but also feature wines from some of the best wineries in the Pacific NW.

Spring Dinner: Friday, May 9, 2014, 6:30 - 9:30 pm.

Theme: Mother's Day

Cost: $75 per person

Courses: A four (4) course dinner plus dessert will be served.

Wines: Each course will be paired with select wines from Woodinville's very own Patterson Cellars! The selected wines are: 2012 Forbidden White, 2012 Melange Blanc, 2010 Tempranillo & 2011 Cabernet Franc.

All dinners are held in LWTech's Chef City Grill with each course prepared by students in the Culinary Arts program with wines chosen by students and instructors in the Wine Technology program.

Proceeds are used for student scholarships, travel and attendance to compete in The Culinary Knowledge Bowl, opportunities to study abroad, and program development.
