LWTech's Culinary and Wine programs are proud to present their seasonal Wine Dinner Series!
Held once per quarter, these dinners not only showcase our students' skills, but also feature wines from some of the best wineries in the Pacific Northwest.
Fall Dinner: December 5, 2014, 6:30 - 9:30 pm. "Winter Wonderland"
Cost: $75/person. Proceeds are used for student scholarships, travel and attendance to compete in The Culinary Knowledge Bowl, opportunities to study abroad, and program development.

Course #1: Crab and Apple soup. Wine: 2013 Chardonnay, Columbia Valley
Course #2: Poached pear "salad" with pancetta crumbles and herbed goat cheese, persimmon puree. Wine: 2013 Sonatina White Wine, Columbia Valley
Course #3: Duck Ravioli in a rich duck consommé. Wine: 2012 Serenade Red Wine, Columbia Valley
Course #4: Roasted rack of Lamb, scalloped potatoes, roasted baby root vegetables and coffee infused jus. Wine: 2010 Syrah, Horse Heaven Hills
Dessert Course: to be determined.

The Chef City Grill is located on the 1st Floor of the East Building, Room E147.
