Beat the deadlines
In order to receive a preliminary evaluation prior to the start of your final quarter, file your application by the end of the fourth week of the quarter prior to the quarter you will graduate.
In order to be considered for graduation during the quarter in which you are currently enrolled, file the application by the end of the second week of the actual quarter of graduation. Later applications will be considered for the next quarter.
Walk in the commencement ceremony
Commencement is the annual June college celebration of graduates and applicants for graduation. Attending commencement does not guarantee you have graduated. You can attend commencement if you graduated or believe you will graduate in the Fall, Winter, or Spring quarters before June commencement, or in the Summer Quarter after it.
We welcome and encourage all students to attend the ceremony.
