    Allen Levine

    Allen was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and grew up competing in a variety of sports. Cycling called to him 18 years ago and he became a competitive cyclist. Over the past eight years, Allen has worked in a variety of settings from performance centers with athletes to mainstream fitness facilities, including PRO Sports Club and Columbia Athletic Club. Whether it's injury recovery, weight loss or athletic improvement, Allen loves to show people how far they can push themselves and what they are capable of accomplishing. Allen's experience includes teaching kinesiology and EKG analysis. His academic specialties are improving athletic performance through proper functional training and improving power production through complex training. Allen earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2004 and a master's degree in Physical Education in 2007 from Eastern Washington University. He holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

    Emily Golden

    Emily grew up in the Pacific Northwest with a passion for sports and exercise. Competing from a young age in soccer, she cultivated a passion for health and fitness. Emily has spent the majority of her fitness career working in rehabilitative, preventative and geriatric fitness. She enjoys the improvements in quality of life and longevity that come from exercising with special populations. During her time earning a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University, Emily published research on protocol-based exercise programs for geriatrics. She has a special academic interest in biomechanics, injury prevention and exercise response on chronic conditions.
