Jennifer Torrijos

Jennifer (Jen) got her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Washington and completed  her studies for Medical Assisting at North Seattle Community College in 2000. She worked as a medical assistant in a variety of clinics in Seattle, Alaska, and Hawaii, and began teaching Medical Assisting in 2009. Jen has a Master in Health Administration degree  from the University of Phoenix. Jen enjoys relaxing with either a book, a movie, or a good musical with her daughter and good friends.

Chantalle Blakesley-Boddie

Chantalle received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. In 2009, she earned her Associate in Technical Arts, Honors, for Medical Assisting from Everett Community College. In May 2012, Chantalle passed the certification exam to become a Certified Medical Assistant. Chantalle has been involved in the development and teaching of a wide variety of medical assisting courses, and teaches each subject area with the intention of preparing students for career expansion and skill development for current and future opportunities. Prior to coming on as an instructor at LWTech, Chantalle worked clinically as a medical assistant in the field of Family Practice. 

Chantalle grew up in the Deep South - witnessing the value and strength of diversity - and also lived for extended periods in several different foreign countries, including France,  Austria, and Hungary.  These experiences provided additional love for and understanding of the value of diversity in our lives and education.
