Wine Technology

 The Wine Technology AAS degree prepares students for careers in wine production, tasting room management, restaurant wine service, wine marketing, and wholesale and retail sales.

Wine is tasted in about half of the classes so students must be 21 years of age to participate. Program includes local field trips and guest lecturers. Classes are offered during afternoon and evening hours.
