How Much Do I Owe?

You may choose one of the following options to find your balance:

  1. Check online with the Student Toolbox/Credit Card Payment page (you need your SID and global PIN);

  2. Calculate the costs using the Tuition and Fees table;

  3. If you register at the Enrollment Services, the schedule you receive will show any charges due;

  4. Contact the Cashier's Office at (425) 739-8403. They are located in the West Building W201F, second floor, next to Enrollment Services;

  5. Contact Student Accounts at (425) 739-8184.

Payment Options

  1. Pay with Visa or MasterCard online using Student Toolbox/Credit Card Payment.

  2. Pay in full from a bank savings or checking account. You will be directed first to the registration page to confirm your classes and balance and then be provided a link for this option on the left-side menu. This full payment is made using the FACTS payment processor. There is no fee for this full payment option through FACTS.

  3. Pay at the Cashier's Office located in the West Building, W201F, next to Enrollment Services. The cashier's office accepts cash, check, money order, debit and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard)

  4. Sign up for the online Student Payment Plan to make monthly payments over the duration of the quarter.

  5. Mail check or money order, payable to Lake Washington Institute of Technology, to the Cashier at:

Payment Deadlines

Tuition and fees are due by the first day of the quarter. Students who have not paid their tuition or enrolled in the Student Payment Plan and are not receiving financial aid or other funding assistance are subject to being dropped from classes after the fifth business day of the quarter.

If you are receiving financial aid, your award will be applied to your tuition and fees by the college whenever possible.
