The Assessment Center
The Assessment Center at Lake Washington Institute of Technology is dedicated to providing quality testing and assessment services to our students, faculty, staff, and the community.
Our services

COMPASS: placement test for math and English, and to determine entry into programs of study

Important: You are advised to schedule an appointment 2 to 4 weeks in advance.
If you are interested in preparation classes for the GED exam, or placement testing for ESL (English as a Second Language) please contact the Academic Skills Center (ASC) in the Library, (425) 739-8656.
Adobe Certification Testing
LWIT offers Adobe Certification testing on a quarterly basis, by appointment, to our currently enrolled MMDP students and MMDP faculty.
For information, students and staff must contact the Assessment Center via email or by calling (425) 739-8115 for more information on preparation materials and registering for a testing appointment.
