Employer Involvement on Campus:
Establishing internships and cooperative work experience
Lake Washington students complete internships in local businesses as part of their program coursework. Employers work directly with program instructors and students to establish an internship site. On-campus recruiting
Schedule a recruiting table in our cafeteria area during lunch and recruit high-quality LWIT students. You're encouraged to bring flyers, brochures, job descriptions, applications, and other resources that provide information about employment opportunities with your company.

Other ways to connect with LWIT students and alumni
- Participate in employer panels and campus events held throughout the year
- Partner with the college by participating on a program advisory board
- Assist LWIT students in preparing for work by conducting mock interviews, providing resume critiques, and making presentations to individual classes
