Scholarship of the Month

OWL - Florence Marie Bauer Award

Application Deadline -  June 15, 2012

$2,000 scholarships to 5 women in King County over 50 years of age

  • Must be over 50 years of age, with no dependent children

  • Resident of Seattle / King County

  • Displaced homemakers, homeless women and women who for whatever reason must train to support herself.

  • Special consideration will be given to candidates with a career goal of working in the gerontology field

  • Must have clearly defined educational and career goals and be able to articulate them to the scholarship committee

Applications available at the LWTC Financial Aid Office (W209)
