Strategic Enrollment Management

Mission Statement 

In support of the college's mission and core themes, the Strategic Enrollment Management Committee analyzes trends and uses data to set enrollment targets and manage initiatives that lead to optimum recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students.


The Strategic Enrollment Management Committee will:

  • Define optimum program mix and develop strategies for attainment.
  • Develop and implement a retention plan.
  • Identify and implement strategies to meet and sustain enrollment targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment plan.
  • Develop purposeful linkage between marketing, recruitment, and branding.

Membership

Membership consists of leaders from administrative units involved in admissions, advising, adult basic education, e-learning, enrollment services, finance and budget, high school programs, instruction, marketing, recruitment, and retention. Teams work in groups on focused goals.


Meetings

The SEM Committee meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the President's Conference Room.
