Responsibilities
Tim coordinates physical plant operations, capital projects, and facility support services for the College and its campuses. The position is responsible for directing the capital planning effort, custodial operations, maintenance support, receiving functions and grounds keeping with the goal to maintain a clean, safe, open, inviting atmosphere reflective of the College's mission and high standards.

Responsibilities
Casey is responsible for the management of college facilities support services and physical plant operations for all college sites. The position directly supervises the custodial team and central stores personnel and is responsible for the development and management of the college resource conservation program with the intent to enhance energy efficiency and promote sustainable practices.

Yuriy is our Head Building Equipment Mechanic. He is responsible for the scheduling, prioritization and oversight of all maintenance and repair activities for all college campuses. Yuriy provides Journeyman Level support on capital projects and coordinates all maintenance related contracted maintenance venders.

Responsibilities
Jim is responsible for directing the flow of items to and from the college, verifying fulfillment of college purchases, delivering received items and processing paperwork in accordance with school and state requirements. Jim is also responsible for assisting in the proper and safe removal of hazardous waste from the site.

Our Redmond Campus, Maintenance Custodian coordinates all facilities support services at our Redmond Campus. this person is responsible for coordinating all on site contractor activities, supply acquisition and also performing custodial, grounds and routine maintenance work on the buildings, facilities and equipment at Redmond Campus.
