Student Chartered Clubs

For more information Contact Student Programs

LWIT encourages and supports students to expand their in-class experience. Student Chartered Clubs enhance students' classroom training by bringing together people who have common professional, educational, and social interests.

Extra-curricular club activities assist students in:

Developing leadership skills
Learning to work as team members
Being effective participants in the community
Networking at college, state and national levels

What is Considered a Club?

A club is six (6) or more currently registered LWIT students who have common interests and a common purpose.  The students' interests and purpose do not need to be directly related to their course of study.  Interests may include: hobby, sports, or leisure activities, as well as those related to current or future professional goals.
