Lake Washington Institute of Technology is committed to providing full support services to all students with disabilities in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Important Dates

December 12th is the last day of fall quarter. 

December 12th is the last day to return equipment and not have a hold on your records.

January 5th is the first day of winter quarter. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Our offices in W207 are open during normal business hours during every break unless otherwise noted above.

Fall Quarter Hours

Appointments
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Drop-ins
Mondays: 11 - 1pm , Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12:00-3:30 p.m.

Letters of Accommodations
Please stop by our office in W207 to authorize us to email Letters of Accommodations to your instructors.  We must have your expressed permission before these emails can be sent.

Equipment Returns
Please stop by DSS in W207 the first week of the quarter to pick up your authorized equipment and sign a new Equipment Loan Agreement for winter quarter.
We have equipment such as lumbar chairs, digital recorders, LiveScribe smart pens, and more available to help you with your studies. These items are available on loan to you for the entire quarter.
