Lake Washington Institute of Technology is happy to announce that we will begin hosting a monthly Eastside Community Resource Fair on campus beginning Thursday, October 12, 2017. This event is in partnership with the City of Kirkland, the City of Redmond, WorkSource, and the King County Library System (Kingsgate, Kirkland & Redmond libraries).
The goal of the Lake Washington Institute of Technology Community Resource Fair is to provide regular access to community resources and services for marginalized and at-risk populations in our Eastside communities. These populations might face barriers such as:

If you have any contacts with community partners that you think may want to participate in our monthly community resource fairs, please feel free to forward them this information and the attached event flyer and participant registration form.
Community organizations are encouraged to participate on an on-going regular basis if possible. Community organizations’ services and resources would be a great way to provide LWTech students and Eastside community residents with easy access to support of all types.
