About IT Services

Information Technology Services (ITS) at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) provides IT services and help for LWTech students and employees. Information for how to submit help requests for students and employees can be found below. 

Help Desk

LWTech Password Support

Student passwords expire every 180 days and staff passwords expire every 90 days for security purposes. You will not be able to reuse a previously used password.

Create or Reset Password

 

Password Assistance

To receive password assistance you must call the IT Help Desk or come in person. We are not able to reset your password by email or a Help Desk ticket. Be ready with your student ID number and identification.

Login Format for staff, faculty, and students:

  • 9-digit ID number (begins with 1 or 2)
  • ctcLink Password (this is different then your LWTech password)

Tip: Use the 'Reset Password' link on the sign-in page if you do not know your password. If you have not yet started your LionsLink/ctcLink account, select 'Activate Your Account' using Classic View Login.
