The Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) Computer Security and Network Technology (CSNT) program offers a labor-free computer repair service. This service is available to all LWTech students and employees. Computer issues we work on a regular basis include:
We offer a walk-in service and no appointment is necessary. Some computer repairs can be made while you wait, but most will require that your computer be left for a day or two as work hours are limited. There is never any charge for labor, but any software or hardware that might be required for any upgrades or repairs will need to be supplied by the customer.
Please note that the hours may be adjusted each quarter based on available staffing.
