Is the program accredited?

We are accredited through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and are held to high academic standards by the ACF. Additionally, our instructors have years of both industry and teaching experience and strive to help our students successful.

When can I enroll and how long will it take me to complete the program?

Students can enroll fall, winter, spring and summer quarter. Both the culinary and baking AAS will require six quarters of full-time enrollment to complete.

Can I take classes at night?

Although not all of our classes are offered at night, students wishing to enter the baking program will have the opportunity to take some of their classes at night. We also offer many evening classes through Corporate Continuing Education Center; consult the college catalog.
