The I-BEST Culinary Arts or Baking Arts certificates prepare students for a wide variety of entry-level positions in commercial or pastry kitchens. Culinary Arts students gain experience with stations of line cooking, inventory, production of daily specials, sauce preparation and basic butchering, as well as the basic function and structure of the cold kitchen. Baking students will have a fun and rich experience for learning and growing baking and entrepreneurship skills to prepare them for the culinary industry. I-BEST Culinary Arts or Baking Arts Certificate graduates can continue studying at LWTech to complete additional certificates or degrees in Culinary Arts or baking Arts.
