Accreditation
Lake Washington Institute of Technology is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities at the associate degree level and at the baccalaureate level.

Application Deadlines
Qualified students accepted on a rolling basis until the program is filled; early applications are encouraged by preferred deadline above.

Applications submitted after the deadline will automatically be considered for the next quarter start.
Locating the Application
The Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management BAS application is an online application. Each program's Selective Admission form is unique to their
program, so be sure you're filling out the correct form.
Application Requirements
- Applied Associate Degree, or equivalent, from an accredited institution in a business or transportation related field.
- Minimum 2.0 GPA cumulative across all college coursework
Required Courses for Application
The following requirements must be met before filling out the admission application for the TLSCM BAS program:
- Completion of at least 15 credits of General Education from the list below with a
minimum of a 2.0 GPA in each class:
- English Composition: 5 credits (ENGL& 101 or equivalent)
- Quantitative Reasoning: 5 credits (College level math course with Intermediate Algebra as a prerequisite or higher)
- Social Sciences: 5 credits
- Humanities: 5 credits
- Natural Sciences: 10 Credits (Must include one course (5 credits) with lab)
- Students must have a minimum of 15 credits of the above courses completed at the time of admission. Students who have courses to complete at the time of admission may be admitted conditionally.
- Official Transcripts documenting all prerequisite courses must be sent to LWTech Enrollment Services office.
Submitting Your Application
Once your application is completed, make sure to click the Submit Application button on the last page. If you do not submit, your application is considered incomplete and will not be reviewed.
Checking Application Status
You will receive an admissions decision within 5 weeks after the deadline from the Selective Admissions Office. You can check on the progress of your admission decision status by logging into your Self-Service Center. Requirement status will be updated manually, when admission staff process and verifies your application documents
Application Decision Status
The final decision status will be available on your online account. You can check decision status by logging into your Self-Service Center. To accept the offer of admission, you must return an accept/decline form. Click Respond in the top-right of this letter and submit online. If you experience any difficulty with this form, please email selective.admission@lwtech.edu or call (425) 739-8104 to get assistance.

- bring their transcripts for an initial evaluation.
- create a tentative academic plan outlining their pre-requisites in preparation for applying to the TLSCM - BAS program.
