    Brad Schuste

    Mr. Schuster is a Part-Time, Adjunct Faculty Member for the Lake Washington Institute of Technology. He has held a diverse range of roles in his career including most recently as an entrepreneur/owner of an IT staffing firm called Blue Vector Services. His previous professional experience includes positions as a software project manager with PACCAR, a proposal development lead with CEdge Software Consultants and as an enterprise IT sales executive with Hewlett Packard focused on IT-enabled supply chain, transportation, and travel solutions in both public and private sectors. Other prior private sector roles include Senior Supply Chain Analyst, and IT site manager.

    Mr. Schuster also spent many years in the Public Sector serving for 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a commissioned officer in many global roles of increasing responsibility. His experience ranged from aviation, supply chain, transportation and special operations to senior leadership roles as warehouse, air terminal (passenger/freight), and cross-dock manager. He also held several senior manager and director-level positions at regional and global headquarters and retired from the Air Force in 2007.

    As a volunteer Mr. Schuster has served as the Vice-President and later, President for National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) Chapter 82 garnering the NDTA Chapter of the Year awards for 2010 and 2012. He also volunteered with the Civil Air Patrol, provided youth an opportunity to experience flight through the Young Eagles program, coached Pop Warner youth football, and was a 2015 key participant for the annual PACCAR Parts Division United Way fundraising drive, participated in the United Way Day of Caring, and the JDRF "Beat the Bridge" fundraiser to combat diabetes.

    Mr. Schuster received his Master’s Degree (MBA) from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA, his undergraduate degree in business (Marketing) from Washington State University, and Advanced Supply Chain and Lean Certifications from St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri.

    He lives in Kirkland, WA, has a son and daughter, and enjoys flying, golf, skiing, boating, and just about anything in the outdoors.

    Ian McKillop

    Ian McKillop is a seasoned Supply chain and Logistics leader with over 15 years in the transportation industry and has experience assisting small, medium and large global companies with their transportation networks.

    He currently is a Supply Chain Account Manager for J.B. Hunt Transport; a $7B Fortune 500 transportation company and one of the largest logistics companies in North America. His role includes helping organizations find supply chain efficiencies by solving companies most vexing freight mobility, supply chain and logistical challenges.

    Ian is also actively involved with the local transportation community. He currently serves as Executive Director of The Transportation Club of Seattle, is a NW Seaport Alliance Executive Advisory Council member and a member of The Transportation Club of Tacoma. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of the Liverpool football club. A lifelong Washington resident, he currently resides in Redmond, WA with his wife and children.

    Mr. McKillop holds a Master’s in Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics and a BA with concentrations in Finance and Retail Management both from the University of Washington.
