Enrollment Services is the department all students use for several services related to being a student at the college. For new students you will use their services to get a new student identification card, figure out if you are on a waitlist for a specific class, send in transcripts, or get your student identification number.

This office assists you with the paperwork and processes of applying to LWTech. Meet with an Admissions Coach to find the best connection between our various programs of study and your interest.
Enrolling in classes, looking up your student identification number, accessing online classes (Canvas), looking up your grades, or changing your schedule. It is a very necessary tool to use when enrolled and taking classes. Talk with your academic advisor to assist with enrolling for classes.
Your SID card is necessary for you to check out library materials, show your identification to various offices, or use it to receive discounts on various entertainment; like movies or entrance costs for parks and museums. You can get your ID card at W201 at the ID card station. Staff will assist you when you need to obtain a card. All students will receive a new student ID number after February 28, due to the LionsLink system change over.
If a class is full, students have the option to be put on a waiting list. This list automatically adds students to openings as they appear prior to the first day of each quarter. Students should check online, with Enrollment Services, or with the instructor during the first week of classes to see if they are enrolled in the class. Students should remove themselves from the waiting list if they decide not to enroll in the class.
This office also assists student with withdrawing from classes, or receiving a medical withdrawal. Contact the office for more information.
The Enrollment and Registration Department has many services all students use at some point in their academic career.
