Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) recently discovered that it was the victim of a data breach incident. With the privacy and security of our organization, its students, faculty, staff, and other community members who trust and rely on us as our priority, we took quick and thorough steps to secure our systems and activate additional cybersecurity protocols. The Office of Student Life department provides marketing support to Student Clubs, various campus departments, and manages all on-campus posting. This can include student designed graphics for print materials, t-shirts, and social media graphics, videos, or banners. Timeline for development can vary, depending on the request. Office of Student Life Coordinators monitor requests and manage student graphic designer time to ensure requests are managed in a timely manner. All requests will be addressed and clarifying questions will be asked, if necessary, to deliver requested graphic design support.

Most bulletin boards and wall spaces on campus are maintained by Office of Student Life student employees. Some departments and offices have dedicated bulletin boards in their spaces that are maintained by them.

All posters must be approved and hung up by the Office of Student Life Posting Agent, a student employee. Any posters hung up without approval will be removed. Limits on the number of posters that can be hung up are based on the number of available spaces on campus. We enforce this policy in order to ensure that all advertisements are evenly marketed and up-to-date.
