With the privacy and security of our organization, its students, faculty, staff, and other community members who trust and rely on us as our priority, we took quick and thorough steps to secure our systems and activate additional cybersecurity protocols. I'm Julie (She/Her/Hers)! My great passion is to create, facilitate, and engage people to learn foundational dialogues skills, empathetic and generous listening, cross-cultural storytelling, and critical self-reflection. I have striven to actively embrace, support, and defend my community - my students, faculty, and staff, including those from underrepresented and marginalized groups, to let them know I am with them. Over the past 5 years, I have developed my competencies in diversity, equity, and inclusion work and always aim to make it a goal to make all feel seen, heard, supported, and safe. My educational background includes a BA in Applied Psychology at Penn State University and a M.ED in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs Leadership in Temple University.
