What Is My LWTech?

My LWTech is a tool anyone with an LWTech email account can use to perform multiple self-service tasks. With My LWTech you can complete important tasks when it is convenient for you. This tool is made by LWTech for LWTech. 

There are some features of My LWTech that are open to all employees while others are only available to those who need access to perform a specific task. If you have access, the feature will automatically show up for you. If you think you should have access to something you do not, please submit a Help Desk Ticket

Available self-service tools include:

  • Configuration Tools (access varies)
    Includes Legend, TargetX, and DataLink BDRP.

  • Central Supply
    Order paper, envelopes, address labels, personal protective equipment (PPE), marketing items, and more.

  • My Tickets
    View current or past tickets you’ve submitted to IT, Facilities, or Research and Grants.

  • Print Group Manager
    Allows managers to add or remove employees from print budgets.

  • EMPLID Lookup
    Forgot your Employee ID number? You can look it up here.

  • Name Change
    Update your preferred name or the pronouns displayed in your Outlook email and Microsoft Teams accounts.

  • Password Reset
    Forgot your password or had it expire after 180 days? Students and employees can create or reset their LWTech password using this tool.
