LWTech's Dr. Grace Lasker to Reveal the Facts and Myths Behind Nutrition

Kirkland, WA โ€“ Is it ok to eat artificial sweeter? Can I eat steak every day? Dr. Grace Lasker, Public Health faculty member at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, will address these and other nutrition questions in her talk Facts and Myths Behind Nutrition.  Lasker will share her extensive knowledge of nutrition issues on Thursday, January 22, from noon to 1:00 pm, in the East Building, First Floor Commons area of LWTechโ€™s Kirkland Campus.

A certified nutritionist, Lasker received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Nebraska and holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health.
