At LWTech we have a handy, easy-to-use dashboard where you can access all of the IT applications you use on a daily basis (Canvas, Microsoft Outlook, LionsLink, etc.) from one place. Watch the video or follow the steps below to get started using your Okta Dashboard.
At this time, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is only required for students in LionsLink/ctcLink, not the Okta Dashboard which includes Canvas, email, Legend, etc.
There are two separate logins and passwords for the Okta Dashboard and LionsLink.
If you are in this situation, please follow the LWTech Password Reset Directions which will allow you to set up a new LWTech password. After you have changed your password, you will be able to setup your Okta Dashboard following the directions below.
At LWTech all employees will need to set up Okta Verify for security purposes. If you are unable to do so, (for example, you do not have a phone that can be used for authentication) please reach out to LWTech IT for additional assistance.
Please note: If you were timed out, you will not be able to set up Okta Verify following the steps below. Instead, follow the directions titled Setting up Okta Verify from the Dashboard at the end of these instructions.
If you were unable to successfully set up Okta Verify earlier (for example if you were timed out), follow the directions below to set up Okta Verify through the dashboard.

Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) is committed to providing access to information for all, therefore we are taking the following measures to ensure accessibility of the college’s public facing website (LWTech.edu), and third-party platforms utilized by students, staff, and community members.
The college is currently conducting an audit to determine the extent to which its website and third-party platforms are compliant.
