At LWTech we have a handy, easy-to-use dashboard where you can access all of the IT applications you use on a daily basis (Canvas, Microsoft Outlook, LionsLink, etc.) from one place. Watch the video or follow the steps below to get started using your Okta Dashboard.
At this time, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is only required for students in LionsLink/ctcLink, not the Okta Dashboard which includes Canvas, email, Legend, etc.
There are two separate logins and passwords for the Okta Dashboard and LionsLink.

Your LWTech Password (changes every 90 days)
Before logging into the Okta Dashboard (lwtech.okta.com) to set up the required Single Sign-on, you will first need to use the Password Reset Tool if ANY of the following applies to you:
If you are in this situation, please follow the LWTech Password Reset Directions which will allow you to set up a new LWTech password. After you have changed your password, you will be able to setup your Okta Dashboard following the directions below.
At LWTech all employees will need to set up Okta Verify for security purposes. If you are unable to do so, (for example, you do not have a phone that can be used for authentication) please reach out to LWTech IT for additional assistance.
Please note: If you were timed out, you will not be able to set up Okta Verify following the steps below. Instead, follow the directions titled Setting up Okta Verify from the Dashboard at the end of these instructions.
If you were unable to successfully set up Okta Verify earlier (for example if you were timed out), follow the directions below to set up Okta Verify through the dashboard.
