CARE Team
The Campus Assessment, Response, and Evaluation (CARE) process is designed to support students by providing a central place to share concerns about student well-being. Faculty, staff, students, and members of the LWTech community are encouraged to submit reports when they are worried about a student's well-being. Submissions from employees are welcome and handled in accordance with FERPA guidelines.
Submit a CARE Report
We encourage all members of our campus community to use our secure online reporting tool to share any concerns about student well-being. If you're unsure whether to submit a CARE report or use another reporting option, please choose the CARE report. Our team will review the information and notify the appropriate department if needed.
