Ordering From Central Supply

Any orders for Central Supply can be done now through the online ordering site!

Central Supply Online Ordering

 

Here you can easily order paper, envelopes, address labels, personal protective equipment (PPE), marketing items and much more. Make sure you know the Budget Number you plan to bill when you order. Based on this information, the Budget Manager over that budget will be contacted to approve the order. You will get an email confirmation once your order is submitted, and you can also go view the status of your order after it was submitted at the same site.

Budget Managers will be expected to sign the order confirmation they receive through email and email a copy back to the Purchasing Department. If Budget Managers prefer, they can also print the order approval page, sign and return to the Purchasing Dept. instead of emailing. Step by Step Directions

  1. Login to the following site with your LWTech username and password: https://my.lwtech.edu:444/supply/supplymenu
  2. Username : Firstname.Lastname@lwtech.edu
  3. Password: Same as Okta Dashboard, Canvas, Email etc. 
  4. Select Central Supply on the left-hand side menu. 
  5. In the Central Supply Ordering box, select the order button. 
  6. Please type in your order amount and fill in the Delivery Information. 
  7. Select Place Order. 
  8. You will get a confirmation of your order emailed to you. 
  9. If you are a Budget Manger and get an email of the order sent to you, please electronically sign and email back, or print and return to the Purchasing Dept. 
  10. The Purchasing Department will deliver your order.
