Work Order Requests

Facilities work requests now through FreshDesk!

Help Desk (FreshDesk)

 

Work requests for maintenance or custodial needs include:

  • Air Conditioning
  • Custodial
    • All recycling and trash pickups happen at night with the night crew. If yours has been missed, you may enter a Work Order into the MegaMation system
  • Electrical
  • Environmental Concerns
  • Health & Safety
  • Heating
  • Lighting
  • Moving
  • Odors
  • Outdoors/Grounds
  • Paint Jobs
  • Pest Control
  • Plumbing
  • Ventilation

Work Requests need to be submitted though a Fresh Desk work request.

  1. Select the link above or type helpdesk.lwtech.edu in your web browser's address bar to submit a ticket for a Facilities and Operations related work request or to request a construction/renovation estimate or quote. 
  2. Once you reach the Help Desk portal, select the right top box labeled Facilities and Operations. 
  3. Follow the prompts above the selected fields to fill out the ticket. When you reach the "What do you need help with?" field please make sure you select "Facilities and Operations". 
  4. Please select the "Submit" box in the bottom right of the ticket when you are finished filling out the fields. 
  5. You will receive an Outlook email confirmation of your submitted ticket. 
  6. A member of the Facilities and Operations team will reach out to you as soon as possible regarding your request.
