To access Financial Aid forms you will need your LWTech Student email and password.

Email submissions not accepted: Due to security reasons, forms and documents submitted by email will not be accepted or added to your student file. Please use the Supporting Document Submission link to securely send your documents to the Financial Aid and Veteran Services Offices.
