Lake Washington Institute of Technology provides enrolled students with free, confidential mental health counseling and related services. Mental health counseling is a safe, private place to talk with a trained professional about stress, anxiety, sadness, or other problems. They listen, help you understand your feelings, and support you in finding ways to feel better.
If you are experiencing a mental health related emergency: Call 9-1-1, contact 988 by call or text, or contact Campus Public Safety at (425) 739-8224. For community resource referrals, please call 211.
